Con filtros de línea, reactancias o transformadores aseguramos una operación segura y eliminamos en situ los problemas de compatibilidad electromagnética. Esto contribuye a que los cambios de tensión, cortocircuitos y otros fenómenos que se producen durante el manejo de la electricidad, no pongan en peligro al personal y los pasajeros.

Justo en el campo de la tecnología ferroviaria es imperativo garantizar la seguridad de los pasajeros y cumplir los estándares y normas ferroviarias específicas. Los productos se tienen que adaptar a las necesidades del cliente y soportar las condiciones ambientales de cada país.

Con la certificación IRIS para la sede de Berlín/Hennigsdorf y la certificación ISO en China y los EE.UU., REO ha obtenido una prueba de su alto nivel también mediante pruebas  de calidad a nivel internacional.

El cumplimiento de las normas ferroviarias específicas, los estándares y la clasificación en clases de protección se garantiza, entre otras cosas mediante:

  • laboratorios de ensayo propios
  • Pruebas de choque y vibración
  • cooperación con proveedores seleccionados
  • análisis FEM para simular el comportamiento de diversas cantidades mecánicas, térmicas y magnéticas

 

REO ofrece para la técnica ferroviaria entre otras cosas:

Todos los componentes para la técnica ferroviaria - desde transformadores y reactancias de red hasta los filtros se diseñan en versión estándar o conforme a las especificaciones de nuestros clientes. Sin estos requisitos específicos y esenciales no se puede poner en funcionamiento ningún producto:

  • Seguridad: todos los componentes que se emplean en trenes deben satisfacer las normas y estándares vigentes, a fin de garantizar la seguridad y comodidad de los pasajeros.

  • mediante una selección exhaustiva de materiales y cálculos FEM, los componentes REO son de diseño especialmente ligero.

  • un espacio óptimamente usado y el cumplimiento de las especificaciones mecánicas y eléctricas necesarias constituyen la base de nuestro trabajo de desarrollo.

    Air chokes are particularly used where high inductive linearity is required. Due to their relatively simple mechanical structure, they are not only compact, but also very robust.


    With our expertise, the REO air chokes perform to the required standard, even in the most arduous conditions.

He is used to adjust the voltage and for galvanic separation of pulse-width modulated DC link voltage and the consumers of the electrical system . A corresponding sinusoidal filter must be connected between the transformer and the inverter.
    The secondary-side load of the isolation transformer can be switchgears, rotating equipment , resistive loads or semiconductor power converters.The transformers are designed for the use in vehicles with AC or DC power (in inverter mode). This guarantees that REO transformers are optimally suited to your application. Our development methods emphasize maximum useful lifetime, cost/benefit optimization and safety.

  • NTT AMCC 400

    REO TSS choke with amorphous core

    NTT AMCC 400

    As a passive inductive component in power supplies and in power electronics, the buck-converter choke is used for attenuating undesirable frequencies or for saving and storing energy.


    The term buck-converter choke indicates the complete ready-for-use unit containing the choke, air cooling, mounting and connections. The chokes are available with different cores, which enables individual selection depending on the requirement of the application. In addition to iron-based cores, chokes with cores of amorphous alloy are becoming more common, in the form of toroidal cores, cut strip-wound cores or special custom solutions.


    The use of amorphous materials offers an exceptional combination of high satur­ation flux density (1.56 T) and a high permeability. In addition to the high temperature class, further features of amorphous alloy include low hysteresis and eddy-current losses, suitability for the medium-frequency range (<20 kHz) and use for high powers up to 500 kVA.
