La técnica de transporte por vibración es un campo especializado de la técnica de transporte industrial que se encarga de transportar alimentos, productos farmacéuticos y otras piezas pequeñas.

Ya se trate de alineación, recogida, transporte, desengrasado, deshidratación, distribución, elevación, alimentación, clasificación o separación del material a transportar, el sistema de transporte por vibración permite la automatización de muchos pasos de procesamiento de manera eficiente y precisa.

Las soluciones completas en sistemas de vibración, desarrolladas a partir de una larga experiencia en el mercado y de la combinación de las divisiones de electrónica y componentes inductivos, están en el foco de las actividades de REO. Tanto para transportadores circulares, lineales o de tolva, REO ofrece la solución integral adecuada – desde los controladores hasta los imanes oscilantes.

Unidades de control para transportadores por vibración

Un transportador por vibración necesita una unidad de control para garantizar una operación controlada. Bajo el concepto REOVIB, REO ofrece diferentes series de unidades de control, que satisfacen todos los requisitos impuestos por las características de un transportador y del flujo de las piezas a transportar. Estas series incluyen desde controles sencillos que proporcionan una tensión variable para los imanes mediante triodos o tiristores en modo de recorrido por fases hasta convertidores de frecuencia que generan cualquier frecuencia de accionamiento y amplitud para el transportador.

Los modelos de equipos comienzan a partir de las versiones de plaqueta de circuito impreso para la integración en carcasas propias o en armarios de distribución, pasando por equipos incorporados en armarios de distribución para rieles de montaje o placas de montaje, hasta versiones autosuficientes en carcasa de clases de protección IP54 a IP65. Además, mediante entradas y salidas de control es posible crear sistemas a partir de dispositivos individuales, que manejan estaciones de alimentación completas. Las conexiones con sistemas de control de orden superior se pueden realizar mediante señales analógicas o acoplamientos de bus de campo como Profibus, CAN bus, EtherCAT o DeviceNet. Como alternativa también ofrecemos versiones con certificación UL/CSA.

    Sensor for measuring accelerations in the range of 0 ... 35 g (frequency dependent). The sensor includes a piezoelectric element with a downstream amplifier acceleration . The accelerations are detected by the piezoelectric element and converted into a voltage proportional to the acceleration.


    The amplifier takes the measurement signal in a form of 100 /150/ 300 /600/ 2000 mV / g. All components are housed in a robust aluminum housing and completely sealed. The electrical connection is via a 4-wire (or 3 -wire), shielded cable. The shield must be grounded at the signal processing device .

    Frequency converters in the REOVIB MFS 158 series for vibratory conveyor technology offer the option of operating the vibratory conveyor at an optimal vibration frequency for the material - completely independently of the mains input frequency.


    In addition, various sensor and valve logic links can be programmed.


     Devices in the REOVIB MFS 158 series are available with a max. output current of 4A, as IP20 versions for installation in control cabinets, and as IP54 standalone versions.

    It is also possible, thanks to the system patented by REO, to determine the resonant frequency of the vibratory system automatically and to regulate the vibration amplitude accordingly. In addition, various sensor and valve logic links can be programmed.


    Devices in the REOVIB MFS 168 series are available with a max. output current of 3A, 6A and 8A and as IP20 versions for installation in control cabinets or as IP54 standalone units.
