CARGAS INDUCTIVAS - COMPONENTES INDIVIDUALES

Por regla general, las cargas inductivas son componentes concebidos especialmente para la aplicación.

El motivo de ello son las normas vigentes, las cuales, además de las comprobaciones, también describen las estructuras y los procesos de ensayo. Las inductancias están especialmente adaptadas al ámbito de aplicación de tal modo que no se utiliza ningún componente sobredimensionado. Las unidades de carga inductivas se utilizan si las alimentaciones de corriente u otros elementos de ensayo como, por ejemplo, conmutadores, contactos, convertidores de frecuencia, deben cargarse con una potencia activa y reactiva normalizada.

    Drive inverters or output filters must be tested at rated current by using typically motor-generators. Due to the high costs, the specimens can be loaded alternatively with chokes which have a sufficient linearity and does not exceed the temperature limit at higher frequencies.

    Switches must be pass many different tests during the approval phase. Some of these tests involve the switching behavior under different load conditions, the switch is tested on nominal load, overload and at many cos?. Additionally the switch will be checked on switch on and switch off procedures. The paramters must be everytime the same during this tests.


    In the past, air chokes were used as inductive loads, since these do not saturate. Air chokes are larger and have a stronger leakage field than comparable core chokes with corresponding magnetic energy.

    These chokes are used in test laboratories as load chokes. They can be interconnected with each other. If these chokes used with appropriate resistors, a test under different cos (phi) is possible.
