MÁS RENDIMIENTO CON REACTANCIAS DE MOTOR REO

Reducción de las distorsiones de corriente simétricas y asimétricas que se generan en el cable de conexión entre el convertidor de frecuencia y el motor por la conmutación rápida de los semiconductores de potencia.

Estas perturbaciones pueden mermar el rendimiento del motor provocando ruidos intensos y, en casos extremos, un sobrecalentamiento. En este sentido, una reactancia convencional de motor puede corregir esta situación. Gracias a su diseño, la reactancia de motor es capaz de satisfacer mayores exigencias que la reactancia du/dt.

El crecimiento de tensión se limita a menos de 500V/μs. Los picos de la tensión conductor-conductor en el

motor son inferiores a 1000V. Asimismo, la reactancia de motor atenúa además de forma eficiente las perturbaciones conducidas en la gama inferior de frecuencias.
Se reducen las pérdidas y los ruidos típicos en la chapa del motor.

    In addition to the increase of voltages, there is a considerable amount of symmetric and asymmetric current distortions which are generated at the motor cable through the fast switching of the power semiconductors. These are becoming more pronounced with increasing cable length. These disturbances can affect the performance of the engine by loud noises, and in extreme cases, by overheating. Here, a motor choke remedy. The motor choke reduces the voltage rise and the voltage spikes between the conductors. Furthermore, the current is smoothed.


    Losses and heating are minimized and the leakage current reduced. Longer motor cable lengths are possible. By limiting the rate of voltage rise, the motor insulation is protected and thus prolongs the life. The motor choke also attenuates the conducted interference in lower frequency range very good. The losses and the typical noise in the motor plate can be reduced. Voltage rise (<200V / us) will be reduced.

    Motor chokes in fully encapsulated version are specially designed for rough environments and offer a very good mechanical protection of the component. The fully encapsulation allows design up to protection ratings IP 66.
