Las series REOVIB MFS para accionamientos de transporte por vibración generan una de tensión de accionamiento y una frecuencia, independientes de la frecuencia y de la magnitud de la tensión de red conectada, para los transportadores vibratorios

En el contexto de las gamas de frecuencia de los equipos, es posible ajustar cualquier frecuencia de accionamiento para los transportadores vibratorios. Los equipos funcionan con técnica digital y se manejan mediante una pantalla LED o LCD y teclas. Todos los ajustes pueden realizarse de forma externa, sin necesidad de abrir la carcasa.

Gracias a la tecnología patentada por REO, con los convertidores de frecuencia de las series REOVIB MFS 168 y REOVIB MFS 268 es posible realizar una búsqueda y un seguimiento automáticos de la frecuencia de resonancia del sistema de transporte por vibración con un sensor de aceleración adecuado. De este modo deja de ser necesario el ajuste mecánico la frecuencia de vibración.

    The REOVIB MFS 368 series of frequency inverters offer the possibility of operating the vibratory feeder at an optimum vibratory frequency for the material to be processed - with a wide input voltage range from 110V to 230V and completely independent of the frequency of the supplying electrical
    network. In addition, it is possible to automatically determine the resonant frequency of the oscillation system and to control the oscillation amplitude to constant values using the method patented by REO.



    Furthermore, various sensor and valve logic connections canbe programmed. The devices can optionally be equipped with fieldbus interfaces and are (also  optionally) available as UL/CSA certified versions.



    The devices of the REOVIB MFS 368 series are available with a max. output current of 3A, 6A, 8A as IP20 variant for switch cabinet installation as well as IP54 housing version.

    Frequency converters in the REOVIB MFS 268 series for vibratory conveyor technology offer the option of operating the vibratory conveyor at an optimal vibration frequency for the material - completely independently of the frequency of the electrical mains supply. 


    It is moreover possible, thanks to the system patented by REO, to determine the resonant frequency of the vibratory system automatically and to regulate the vibration amplitude to constant values. In addition, various sensor and valve logic links can be programmed. Devices can optionally be equipped with field bus interfaces, and are also available as versions with UL/CSA certification. 


    Devices in the REOVIB MFS 268 series are available with a max. output current of 3A, 6A and 8A as IP20 versions for installation in switch cabinets, and also as IP54 case designs.

    12, 16, 32A output current. Available as IP20 versions for installation in control cabinets and also as IP54 standalone units for 230 V and 12/16A.
