IMANES VIBRATORIOS REOVIB

Los imanes vibratorios están concebidos para el montaje en sistemas de transporte por vibración que se emplean en la técnica de alimentación de material y de transporte.

El imán vibratorio completo está formado por el núcleo portante del devanado y el inductor asociado. Además de nuestra serie de productos estándar desde 5 VA hasta 4000 VA, ofrecemos además soluciones especiales concebidas a medida para nuestros clientes. 

A través de cálculos y ensayos de duración en la empresa se llevan a cabo optimizaciones entre el devanado, el entrehierro y el circuito magnético para garantizar una mayor vida útil.

En particular, para la industria alimentaria y farmacéutica, producimos imanes vibratorios protegidos contra la corrosión que, en versión niquelada o recubierta de polvo, cumplen la homologación FDA FCN 21 CFR 177.1680.

    The tractive power values given in the table refer to warmed-up condition and 95% of the rated voltage with a reference temperature of 35°C.
    Max. tractive power F = magnetic force with rated air-gap in non-vibrating condition.


    The VA values were determined with rated air-gap in non-vibrating condition and represent a max. limit for the temperature rise according to test arrangement conforming to VDE 0580.


    The compound will be provided in grey with connection over half-wave rectifiers.
